Welcome to Omni Video AI. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Omni Video AI provides AI video generation workflows, including text to video, image to video, and video to video features where available. Some features may require an account, credits, a paid plan, or a supported payment method.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account. You must be legally able to use the service in your jurisdiction.

Content and Rights

You retain ownership of prompts, uploads, references, and other materials you submit, to the extent permitted by law. You grant Omni Video AI a limited license to host, process, store, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service. Outputs may be used by you subject to applicable law, third-party rights, model-provider restrictions, and these Terms.

Payments and Credits

Certain generations consume credits. Credit costs may vary by model, workflow, duration, input type, and settings. Payments may be processed by Stripe or other designated providers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Omni Video AI to:

violate laws or third-party rights
upload materials you do not have the right to use
generate infringing, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, unsafe, or unlawful content
harass, threaten, or harm others
bypass limits, abuse infrastructure, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service
misrepresent AI-generated content where disclosure is legally or contractually required

Availability and Changes

AI outputs may vary. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, pricing, or workflows at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific output, model, or feature will always be available.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your intended use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omni Video AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
